01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between ZSS777 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual (hereinafter "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or makes use of the services provided at zss777.cam.

ZSS777 operates as an English-language online betting information and entertainment platform targeting Pakistani users. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets, live casino content, virtual games, and associated responsible-gambling information and tools.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on ZSS777, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your jurisdiction;
• Have read and fully understood these Terms;
• Agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• Are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the personal account opened by a User following successful registration on ZSS777.
• "Balance" — the aggregate of a User's deposited funds and any credited winnings held in their Account, net of withdrawals and wagers.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted to a User's Account by ZSS777, subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures, encompassing identity verification, age verification, and anti-money-laundering checks required before processing withdrawals or at the Platform's discretion.

• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other market offered by the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" — a transfer of funds from a User's Account Balance to a verified payment method held in the User's name.
• "Platform" — the ZSS777 website accessible at zss777.cam, including all associated pages, services, and tools.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on ZSS777, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• The User must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal entity;
• The User must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum legal age for gambling in the jurisdiction in which the User resides;
• The User must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted to the extent that use of the Platform would constitute an unlawful act;
• The User must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by this Platform or any other gambling operator or regulatory body;
• The User must be registering and acting on their own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any other person;
• The User must not have had a prior ZSS777 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

04 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Process

Users must complete the online registration form in full, providing accurate, current, and truthful information. Required fields include, but are not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a chosen password. ZSS777 may request additional information at its discretion.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on ZSS777. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ZSS777 reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or close all duplicate accounts;
• Void any wagers placed across duplicate accounts;
• Forfeit any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts;
• Withhold withdrawals pending a full investigation.

4.3 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. ZSS777 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the User has failed to maintain password security. Users must notify ZSS777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspicious activity.

4.4 Account Currency

Accounts may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) or other supported currencies as indicated at registration. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set at the Platform's discretion and may include a margin.

05 Identity Verification (KYC)

ZSS777 is required to conduct identity and age verification in accordance with its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling commitments. KYC verification may be requested at the time of registration, prior to the processing of any withdrawal, or at any other time at the Platform's reasonable discretion.

5.1 Required Documents

Users may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back — or a valid passport;
• Proof of current residential address (a recent utility bill, bank statement from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah issued within the past three months is generally acceptable);
• A selfie or liveness photograph for identity matching purposes.

5.2 Document Integrity

All documents submitted must be genuine, unaltered, and clearly legible. The submission of falsified, altered, or obscured documents constitutes fraud and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities. Documents must be uploaded exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal.

5.3 Withdrawal Restriction

Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts. ZSS777 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is successfully completed.

06 Deposits & Payments

Users may deposit funds into their Account using the payment methods available in their account dashboard. The Platform references familiar Pakistan-market payment channels for context; however, the availability of specific payment methods — including those associated with Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — is subject to change and must be confirmed within the Platform at the time of deposit. References to these providers do not constitute endorsement, affiliation, or confirmed availability.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the account deposit section;
• Deposits must be made from a payment method held in the User's own name — third-party deposits are not permitted;
• ZSS777 does not accept cash deposits;
• Processing times vary depending on the selected payment method;
• ZSS777 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.

07 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals of real-money funds (excluding uncleared bonus funds) subject to the following conditions:

• The account must be fully verified (KYC complete);
• The minimum withdrawal amount must be met — amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of the account;
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless explicitly approved otherwise by the ZSS777 compliance team;
• ZSS777 reserves the right to request further verification documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Processing times are indicative and may vary; high-volume periods or additional compliance checks may extend processing time;
• ZSS777 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to an Account balance if the withdrawal request remains unclaimed or unprocessed after a reasonable period.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

ZSS777 may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Withdrawal eligibility requires completion of stated wagering (turnover) requirements. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus would require PKR 10,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Exact multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

ZSS777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched-betting using bonus funds, use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotional terms, and any activity that in ZSS777's reasonable assessment is not consistent with genuine recreational use. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse may have winnings voided and bonuses forfeited.

8.3 Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets carry an expiry period stated in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements that expire are removed from the account without compensation.

09 Betting Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers are governed by the rules set out in the Platform's product-specific rules documentation, available within the relevant sport or game section. The following general principles apply across all betting products:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to the Platform's right to void bets placed at obviously erroneous odds;
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where a cash-out feature is available and exercised before event completion;
• ZSS777 reserves the right to void any bet where match-fixing, manipulation, or irregular betting patterns are suspected;
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement;
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, ZSS777's decision — made in good faith and with reference to official results and data — is final.

For cricket markets specifically — including PSL matches, ICC T20 World Cup events, Asia Cup fixtures, and bilateral series involving Pakistan — ball-by-ball in-play markets may be suspended at the Platform's discretion during interruptions, rain delays, or data-feed disruptions.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZSS777 platform:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Opening multiple accounts or using accounts registered in another person's name;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or knowingly depositing funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market;
• Making threats or abusive communications toward Platform staff or other users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software or intellectual property.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

ZSS777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• Use of the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction;
• Request by the User for self-exclusion or account closure;
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant and subject to the Platform's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than User misconduct, any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the User's verified payment method after applicable checks.

12 Liability & Disclaimers

ZSS777 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZSS777 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or freedom from error.

• ZSS777 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or data-feed errors beyond its reasonable control;
• ZSS777 is not responsible for financial losses sustained by Users as a result of placing wagers, whether or not technical issues were present;
• ZSS777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform;
• ZSS777 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

13 Responsible Gambling

ZSS777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all Users within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited;
• Loss Limits — maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods;
• Session Time Reminders — on-screen notifications advising of session duration;
• Cool-off Periods — temporary account restriction ranging from 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion — voluntary long-term account suspension for a minimum of six (6) months.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it may not be reversed during the exclusion period. Users who self-exclude must not attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

ZSS777's collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data is governed by its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

User data is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and service improvement. Data is not sold to third-party marketing organisations without the User's explicit consent.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZSS777 holds its operating license. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

This clause does not affect any statutory rights that Users may have under the laws of their country of residence. Pakistani users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any subsequent legislation may apply to their use of this Platform.

16 Amendments to These Terms

ZSS777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via a platform notification or email to the address registered on the account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following notification of a material change constitutes the User's acceptance of the amended Terms. Users who do not accept the amended Terms should cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
